Purchasing Pixels (Step 1) - The Terms and Conditions

You may NOT purchase pixels unless you first read, and then AGREE to, the following Terms and Conditions.

1. The minimum amount of pixels sold on this site is a "block" of pixels measuring 20 pixels wide, by 20 pixels high, for a total of 400 square pixels.
2. The minimum purchase price is $150 (400 pixels), and the maximum purchase is your choice, as long as we have them available!
3. This site reserves the right to refuse any image, link, and TITLE/ALT text without explanation. In the event that this occurs and you have already purchased pixels, you will receive a refund.
4. This site does not guarantee that your website will see any increases in traffic as a result of your image and link being published on the Billboard.
5. This site does not guarantee that you or your website will see any increases in revenues as a result of your image and link being published on the Billboard.
6. You are NOT permitted to submit an image to this site which attempts to imitate Prime Pixels (black colored rectangle with light green borders). These pixels are protected. Any images submitted that imitate Prime Pixels will be rejected and you will be required to supply an alternate image color.
7. In the event that our staff fails to detect and filter out any image whose appearance is similar to Prime Pixels and this failure results in an image being published on the Billboard, then we reserve the right to remove the image and it's link without notice until an acceptable substitute is provided. You will NOT be compensated for any losses, if any, as a result of our actions.
8. The webpage is mine, I own it. You are not purchasing a piece of ownership of the site, nor am I offering any part of the site for sale. Instead you are purchasing the right to publish an image, including a link, on a rented space, with a specified amount of pixels and for a predetermined period of time, until Jan 1st, 2016.
9. This site reserves the right to amend these "Terms and Conditions" at any time and without prior warning. However every effort will be made to advise of these changes, if any.
10. If you violate ANY of these terms and conditions then your image and link will be permanently removed without prior notice, and without refund.
11. You are responsible for providing the correct image, link, and TITLE/ALT text. Once you have paid for, and have provided both the image and link, there is no changing them unless you have genuinely made a mistake. If you'd like to make any corrections you will be required to send an email describing your mistake and the corrections you would like this site to consider.
12. Once your image and link have been posted/published on the Billboard there will be no refunds whatsoever.
13. This site reserves the right to determine what is inappropriate for publishing. No IMAGES will be accepted that contain any of the following material or suggestions:
    • Sexual pictures or content of any kind
    • Obscene language or images of any kind
    • Adult material
    • The promoting of or the subject of hatred
    • Torture of any kind
14. This site reserves the right to refuse to publish any image or link and without explanation. If you're image or link is rejected, you will have one chance only to provide something that is acceptable for this site. If you are unable to meet this requirement, your money will be refunded, minus an administration fee of $100.00 USD.
15. If the content of your site changes drastically from the time when your image and link were placed on the Billboard then your image and link will be removed without refund. For instance, if the content of your website was geared towards cars when you purchased your pixels space, and about 3 years later it's content was then rooted in gardening, it will be considered a completely different site from the original content. At that time your image and link will be permanently removed, and your pixel space will be sold.
16. You are not permitted to reroute links at anytime after your image and link are published on the site. The original address of your link (which you supply to us in an email) must remain the same or your image and link will be permanently removed, and your pixel space will be sold. You will not receive a refund.
17. You can request to have your image and link removed from this site at any time in the future. However there are no refunds and the space made available will then be resold.
18. Images must not EXCEED the amount of pixels you have paid for.
19. All images must be in GIF or JPEG format. No other formats are accepted. If you provide us with any other picture format it will most likely delay the posting/publishing of your image and link.
20. Animated are not permitted on this site.

22. By submitting an image and a link to this site, you agree that you do in fact have the authority to provide both the image and the link. You also agree that the image you supply is not copyrighted by another company, and that you know this for sure. If you submit an image to this site that is later found to be copyrighted by an unrelated company, then it will be removed from this site permanently and you will not receive a refund.
23. Your payment must be processed and successfully clear, and I must have receive your funds prior to your image/link being published on the Billboard.
